Responsibilities
  • Compare and approve print quality within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.
  • Calculate the number of parts needed for each order.
  • Number labels sequentially, starting where the previous shift left off.
  • Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or tray packs.
  • Dispose of poor-quality products in scrap containers and label them accordingly.
  • Group products made of similar materials together.
  • Complete all required paperwork for each order.
  • Maintain safety, environmental standards, and health requirements.
  • Communicate quality issues or customer specifications to machine operators.
  • Report any print quality concerns.
  • Stamp boxes with date, shift, and clock number.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Ability to calculate part requirements.
3. Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
4. Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours during an 8-hour shift and longer during 12-hour shifts.
5. Capable of lifting 30 lbs. frequently.
6. Corrected visual acuity of at least 20/40 and ability to read 7-point font at 12 inches.
7. Ability to reach and lift 30 lbs. to shoulder height multiple times per hour.
8. Pass the Ishihara color vision test.
