Job summary

Conservice LLC is seeking an experienced PostgreSQL DBA to support a growing Azure-based PostgreSQL environment. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, on-call readiness, and collaboration with software engineers and the team to ensure database health.

Responsibilities include design reviews, performance monitoring, tuning, backups, replication, and security management, with ongoing on-call and emergency coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PostgreSQL experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with on-call rotation.
• Experience in Azure-based PostgreSQL deployments.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and performance tuning.
