The Xu Lab at The Ohio State University is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scholar with primary expertise in cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM). The position focuses on structural mechanisms of viral entry and cancer-associated glycoproteins and antibody–antigen interactions to support vaccine and therapeutic development.

Candidates with X-ray crystallography expertise and a strong publication record, along with demonstrated experience successfully leading multiple structural biology projects, will also be considered.

• Demonstrated, hands‑on expertise in recombinant protein expression and purification, which is a critical core requirement of the position
