Working with faculty supervisors, you will design studies, publish results, and develop open‑source software or datasets while mentoring undergraduates and contributing to grant proposals.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. completed by the appointment start date.
• Ph.D. awarded no more than four years prior with at least one year eligibility remaining.
• Record of AI/ML research documented via CV, publications, or dissertations.
• Experience designing and conducting computational or empirical research.
• Programming proficiency evidenced by research code or projects.
• Strong written and oral technical communication.
• Experience in independent and collaborative research.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research studies in trustworthy AI.
• Disseminate results through peer‑reviewed publications and presentations.
