Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in AI engineering or AI research roles.
• Strong ML background and modern AI systems (LLM/VLM, RAG).
• Able to move between research and engineering.
• Production-grade coding when needed; prototyping from papers.

Responsibilities

• Design capabilities to explain model outputs and training data influence.
• Capture corrective feedback and improve systems over time.
• Address hallucination detection and continual-learning areas.
• Translate literature ideas into prototypes and production features.
• Contribute across model development, inference, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to fit real workflows.
