St. Jude Children's Research Hospital invites applications for postdoctoral positions in the lab of Dr. Jian Xu at the Department of Pathology and Center of Excellence for Leukemia Studies (CELS) to explore metabolic processes that govern stem cell development, blood disorders, and childhood cancers.

We use high-throughput metabolomics, epigenomics, single-cell multiomics, and genome editing in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting that values independence and productivity.

Formación

• PhD/MD required with strong background in metabolism research.
• Experience in metabolomics, epigenomics, single-cell multiomics, and genome editing preferred.
• Strong record of scientific productivity and independence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and design postdoctoral research studying metabolic control of stem cell development, blood disorders, and childhood cancers.
• Collaborate with metabolomics, genomics, and bioinformatics teams using LC-MS, sequencing, and single-cell technologies.
• Disseminate findings through publications and presentations; contribute to grant writing and project planning.
