St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tennessee invites postdoctoral scientists to join the lab of Dr.

Jian Xu in the Department of Pathology and the Center of Excellence for Leukemia Studies (CELS). Work will focus on genetic, epigenetic and metabolic controls of stem cell development, blood disorders, and childhood cancers using high-throughput epigenomics, metabolomics, single-cell multiomics, and advanced models.

Formación

• Ph.D. or M.D. required.
• Strong background in hematology/oncology, metabolism, biochemistry or molecular biology.
• Experience in metabolomics and computational biology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target metabolic and epigenetic vulnerabilities in blood cancers and therapy response.
• Develop non-coding RNA-based nucleic acid therapeutics for inherited blood disorders.
• Target disease-associated metabolic processes using pharmacologic and genetic approaches.
• Develop AI/ML tools for integrating metabolomics, transcriptomics, and genomics datasets across development and disease.
