Qualifications

• Ph.D. in statistics/biostatistics/biomedical data science or related field.
• Strong optimization and computational skills.
• Proficiency in R, Python, MATLAB, or C++ and experience with HPC clusters.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel AI/ML methods for statistical inference.
• Implement computationally intensive algorithms on HPC clusters.
• Manage and analyze large-scale datasets (UKBB, HCP, ABCD, ENIGMA, UMMS EHR).
• Clinical trial design and analysis using advanced statistics.
• Imaging, genetics, omics data analysis and method development.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
