Job description

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work under the direction of Dr Mary-Ellen Taplin, MD. The position will work collaboratively with faculty in DFCI GU Medical Oncology to support projects involving a GU pathologist. These projects include prostate, bladder, kidney and testis cancer. Dr. Taplin’s research program is centered on clinical and translational investigations in genitourinary oncology, with a strong focus on prostate cancer, including localized high-risk disease and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The fellow will contribute to pathology-focused translational research efforts in GU Oncology trials investigating novel treatment strategies, biomarker development and mechanisms of response and resistance in cancer trials.
