Qualifications
- Must hold a recently conferred doctorate in criminal justice, criminology, sociology, or related social science field.
- Geospatial analysis, data science, environmental criminology, crime analysis, and/or qualitative research methods preferred.
- Experience with R, Python, and GIS software (ArcGIS or QGIS) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative analyses and manage/integrate large datasets.
- Develop geospatial analyses and data visualizations.
- Prepare policy briefs, technical reports, and journal manuscripts; present findings at conferences and public meetings.
