The Department of Entomology at Virginia Tech is accepting applications for the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate. Research will focus on ecological and biogeochemical effects of introducing native unionid mussels into two restored urban headwater streams in Reston, Virginia - Snakeden Branch and The Glade. The incumbent will work with a team of experts on key components of this research, including understanding the outcomes of mussel restoration regarding ecological processes, water quality, and biological communities.
