Qualifications

• Doctoral-trained psychologist with solid assessment and treatment planning skills.

Therapy My Way is seeking a compassionate and motivated Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow / Pre-Licensed Psychologist to join our growing private practice in Plainview, New York.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a doctoral-level clinician who has completed a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology and is working toward independent licensure as a psychologist in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans

Qualifications

• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently while utilizing supervision appropriately
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or adults is preferred
• Interest in developing a caseload within a supportive private-practice setting
