Therapy My Way in Plainview, NY seeks a compassionate Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow / Pre-Licensed Psychologist to join our growing private practice. Doctoral-level clinician completing Ph.D./Psy.D. and pursuing independent licensure in New York State are encouraged to apply.

Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, or adults, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible schedule, supervision, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-trained psychologist with solid assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Experience providing psychotherapy across ages is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and other providers as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with practice and licensing requirements.
