Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Postdoctoral Psychology graduates to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to be part of an established, quickly growing behavioral health company by joining our post doctorate program (non-APA accredited). This position offers supervised clinical work in a 100% telehealth environment , enabling candidates to accumulate the necessary hours for licensing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. This is well rounded exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and multiple opportunities for educational learning from esteemed members in the mental health field. This is a full-time position which consists of 30 hours of client time per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule, but you will be expected to work at least some evening and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a Psychologist Program Director and Supervisor
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in psychology
  
  

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent)
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship
• Successful Completion of Dissertation if applicable
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with MD’s, Nurse Practitioners, Social workers, LPC’s and administrative staff
• Good Technology skills and/or proficiency in using an electronic medical record system
• Willingness to apply for a provision license in Psychology
