Qualifications
- PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Experience with mass spectrometry instrumentation, software platforms, and data analysis workflows.
- Experience in non-targeted metabolomics, global metabolomics, lipidomics, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute metabolomics workflows for diverse projects.
- Operate, maintain, and train users on MS platforms (Orbitrap Astral, LC-MS, GC-MS).
- Collaborate with researchers to design experiments and analyze data.
- Prepare scientific reports and publications; present findings at conferences.
