Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Post Doctoral Research Fellow to study mucosal and anti-viral immunity. The role requires proficiency in high-parameter flow cytometry, experience with mouse models, and some bioinformatics skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or related field.
• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry panels (>25 colors).
• Mucosal immunology experience.
• Experience with pre-clinical animal models.
• Willingness to work with viruses.
• Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform experiments using mouse models and human tissue samples to understand mucosal immune responses to viral infection.
• Perform data analysis and prepare manuscripts.
