Job summary

Qualifications

PhD in relevant field before start date; candidates in final stages eligible.
Experience in molecular virology, immunology, or related areas preferred.
Experience with BSL-2 lab and animal work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and conduct research on influenza, humoral and mucosal immunity, vaccine development, and viral evolution.
Perform lab experiments using molecular biology, virology, immunology, cell culture, and recombinant DNA techniques.
Develop protocols, troubleshoot experiments, and interpret results to guide project direction.
Collect, analyze, and document data with notebooks and databases.
Collaborate with PI, lab personnel, and partners to advance project goals.
Communicate findings through presentations, manuscripts, and grant-related materials.
