Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in molecular biology, virology, immunology, cancer biology, pathology, biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in molecular and cellular biology.
• Practical experience with small-animal models and colony-related research activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments with mammalian cell culture, RT-qPCR, cloning, and sequencing.
• Perform DNA/RNA isolation, mutagenesis, western blotting, and immunoprecipitation.
• Carry out immunofluorescence, FISH, and flow cytometry analysis.
• Conduct small-animal studies, breeding, and colony coordination.
• Analyze data, present progress, and contribute to manuscripts and grants.
