Boston University is offering a postdoctoral associate position in Virology, Immunology and Microbiology at the School of Medicine. The lab studies tumor virology and EBV lifecycle, leveraging CRISPR genome editing, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics to explore virus-host interactions in lymphocytes and epithelial cells.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. in a related field and experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and biochemical assays; 3D culture or organoid

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Virology, Microbiology, Cancer Biology, Immunology or related field.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry and DNA/protein assays.
• Background in virology, 3D cell culture or organoid models encouraged.
• Strong time management and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
