Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with optics, single-cell technologies, or machine learning/AI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply spatial imaging omics to study stem cell and neuronal plasticity at single-cell resolution.
• Engineer tools to integrate live-cell imaging with spatial omics.
• Investigate stem cell fate decisions and regenerative potential in aging and disease models.
• Perform spatial omics protocols on cell culture and tissue sections; sequencing library prep; standard molecular biology methods.
