Qualifications

  • PhD in psychology, cognitive science, or a related field.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse communities, backgrounds, and identities.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion and accepting neurodiversity.
  • Skillful with computer software and statistical analysis on PC or Mac.
  • Must pass all criminal background checks as required by the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Generate scientific products and publish findings.
  • Mentor undergraduates and research assistants; collaborate with patient advocacy groups.
  • Teach didactic seminars and deliver teaching lectures annually.
  • Contribute to grant development and submissions; secure funding with mentorship.
  • Work with a diverse research team and participate in project meetings.
