Qualifications

• Experience with next-generation sequencing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze single-cell resolution multi-omics datasets and develop analytic approaches.
• Conduct comparative -omics analyses and network predictions across species.
• Collaborate with lab members and external partners; take on committee and reporting duties.
