Job Summary:
This position reports directly to Jenna Guthmiller, Assistant Professor in the Department of Immunology and Microbiology, and is responsible for performing the research summarized below. This position may supervise the work of graduate students and technicians.
This position is for a PhD post-doctoral researcher with experience in molecular virology, cell biology, and innate and adaptive immunology. The Guthmiller Laboratory has projects focused on humoral immunity against influenza viruses, mucosal immune responses, vaccine development, and viral evolution.
The proposed training will be conducted at the state-of-the-art University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in beautiful Denver, Colorado.
The project and environment will provide an intensive training experience, numerous opportunities to interact and network with other researchers, and ultimately provide for transition into a successful independent investigator in academia or industry. All of the duties listed below are to achieve this goal in specific categories.
Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$63,480- $64,380
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
