The Sethi Laboratory at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School invites applications for an exceptional postdoctoral fellow in computational cancer biology, single-cell genomics, epigenomics, and spatial biology to address questions across gastrointestinal cancer evolution.

Our laboratory studies cell-state plasticity in cancer initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance, using human samples, organoids, and mouse models with computational approaches to uncover mechanisms

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or MD/PhD with quantitative/computational biology expertise.
• Background in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, statistics, computer science, systems biology, or cancer biology.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulate questions and develop computational analyses.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists and interpret genomic datasets.
• Present findings internally and externally; contribute to manuscripts and grant applications.
• Mentor junior trainees.
