Job summary

The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center invites applications for a highly motivated computational biology postdoctoral fellow to lead translational studies in single cell and spatial biology of gastric cancer immunology and evolution. The role spans multimodal data integration from scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and mIF, with longitudinal biospecimens.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a quantitative field (biostatistics, CS, computational biology).
• First-author paper from PhD or postdoc.
• Experience with cancer biology and immunology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational studies in single cell and spatial omics of gastric cancer immunology.
• Integrate multimodal datasets (scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, mIF) for discovery.
• Collaborate with experts in computational oncology, immunology, GI oncology & surgery.
• Develop methodological innovations and lead discovery-based research.
