Job summary

The University of South Carolina's Bullying Prevention Center invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support federally funded research focusing on bullying prevention, social-emotional development, and behavioral outcomes for students.

The fellow will engage in study implementation, data management, analysis, intervention evaluation, manuscript development, and dissemination of findings through publications and professional presentations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with quantitative research methods and analysis of large-scale or longitudinal data.
• Preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference presentations.
• Strong record of scholarly productivity and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of bullying prevention, peer victimization, and social-emotional/behavioral interventions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• The fellow will engage in all phases of the research process including study implementation, data management and analysis, intervention evaluation, manuscript development, and dissemination of findings.
• Collaborate with school districts, educators, and interdisciplinary research partners to improve outcomes for students, including those with disabilities.
