Job summary

The University of South Carolina invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support federally funded research on bullying prevention, social-emotional development, and student outcomes. Qualifications

• Knowledge of research design, quantitative and/or mixed-methods research, data management, and statistical analysis.
• Strong scholarly writing, oral communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret research data; prepare manuscripts, presentations, and other dissemination products; collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary research teams and school and district partners; manage multiple research activities and deadlines; and work independently with appropriate guidance.
• Knowledge of bullying prevention, peer victimization, special education, school mental health, or social-emotional and behavioral interventions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support federally funded bullying prevention research from study implementation to dissemination.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and interpretation across multiple projects.
• Prepare manuscripts, presentations, and other dissemination products.
