Qualifications

• Ph.D. completed within the past three years or expected before the start date.
• Experience with construct definitions, evidence-centered design, validity arguments, and competency taxonomies.
• Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills and ability to translate findings into practical evidence models.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research on human competencies and human-AI collaboration.
• Develop constructs definitions, competency taxonomies, indicators, and validity arguments.
• Study AI-enabled problem solving, learning, and work tasks in diverse populations.
• Support readiness research for education-to-workforce transitions.
• Analyze surveys, interviews, assessments, process data, and labor-market sources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary researchers and external partners.
