Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a quantitative field with at least eight years of applied policy research experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and publish rigorous policy research on education and workforce systems using causal inference methods and other quantitative designs.
• Lead development and evaluation of research frameworks that inform state and federal education policy.
• Lead internal research teams and collaborations with external partners on policy analysis and field-building initiatives.
• Provide policy consultation and technical assistance to policymakers and other stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development for grants and funding.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications, briefs, convenings, and testimony.
