Qualificações

• Expertise in educational attainment and workforce readiness research.
• Familiarity with labor market dynamics and skill demands.
• Knowledge of assessment development, validity, and evidence-centered design.
• Experience with CBE/CTE and workforce pathways.
• Strong quantitative skills and data handling.
• Ability to lead research collaborations and secure funding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and refine a multi-year research agenda on academic and workforce readiness.
• Advance readiness science for education, work, and upward mobility amid AI changes.
• Investigate how skills and credentials predict attainment and earnings.
• Advance research across CBE and CTE and other pathways.
• Design indicators translating evidence into trusted readiness signals.
• Lead evaluation of development, measurement, and economic value of skills.
• Build portable measurement methods across learning/work settings.
• Generate evidence on impact of skills and assessments for mobility.
• Study AI-driven changes in skill demand and opportunities.
• Lead proposals, publications, and partnerships to support research.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative research culture.
