Description

The Postdoctoral Associate will study the neural basis of multi-step planning by analyzing human behavioral data, neuroimaging data, and/or eye movement data. They will prepare manuscripts and deliver presentations on their research. They will be part of the laboratories of Weiji Ma and Marcelo Mattar and may be asked to mentor other trainees.

This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $62,500-$90,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Qualifications

PhD in Neuroscience, Psychology, or Cognitive Science. Experience analyzing behavioral and neuroimaging data in cognitive tasks.
