• Contribute to NIH-funded clinical and implementation studies and assist with grant submissions.
• Mentor to develop an independent research program and apply for mentored grants (e.g., F32, K99) and postdoctoral awards.
• Aim for publications and presentations; past fellows have progressed to faculty roles.
• Collaborate with healthcare systems to improve suicide care pathways and provide training across sites.
