Qualifications

• Must have completed a PhD within the past five years or within the next eight months.
• PhD in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• GPA 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Python.
• Strong foundation in power systems dynamics; experience with simulators like PSS/E/PowerWorld/PSCAD.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
