Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Nuclear Engineering, Health Physics, Physics or related discipline in the Radiation Measurements Department at ATR. The position emphasizes ATR dosimetry, measurement workflows, and reactor cycle integration.

You will work with a cross-disciplinary team, publish results, and present findings at conferences while contributing to safe, accurate experimental operations.

Qualifications

• PhD required with completion by start date.
• PHD must be completed within 5 years of appointment.
• Experience in radiation dosimetry and activation analysis.
• Familiarity with radiological labs and safe handling of activated materials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DOE L clearance.
