Responsibilities

• Participate in QSARU research on poultry meat quality and breast myopathies.
• Assist in experimental design, trials, data analysis and reporting results.
• Develop skills in molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry, and poultry processing techniques.
• Collaborate with mentors and researchers to advance ARS Product Quality goals.
