Iowa State University in Ames seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Plant Breeding, Genomics, and Phenomics to advance multidisciplinary crop-improvement research and training. This is a full-time position with a December 15, 2026 start date.

The successful candidate will perform field, greenhouse, lab, and computational work, design experiments, analyze data, publish findings, mentor students, and collaborate with Dr. Arti Singh and researchers across disciplines.

Competenze

• Ph.D. in Agronomy, Breeding, Genomics, Phenomics or related field.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is preferred.
• Experience conducting field and laboratory experiments in crop breeding.
• Experience in mung bean breeding programs.
