Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or Chemical Biology.
• Strong background in multi-step organic synthesis and structural elucidation of new molecules.
• Demonstrated research excellence through first-author publications or high-potential work.
• Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments independently in a fast-paced lab.
• Willingness to mentor undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synthetic organic chemistry research within a vibrant, translational program.
• Develop and optimize new reactions and methodologies for complex molecules.
• Mentor students and collaborate across interdisciplinary projects.
• Regularly report progress through weekly updates and presentations.
