Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related discipline is required.
• Hands-on laboratory experience is essential; prior industry experience not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Chemdraw, and SharePoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multistep organic syntheses under supervision and assist in purification of products.
• Demonstrate understanding of modern organic synthesis methodologies.
• Interpret data from analytical techniques (HPLC, GC) and report findings clearly.
• Write comprehensive R&D reports at project completion and present results to teams and clients.
• Coordinate with manufacturing/GMP operations to align project activities and resources.
• Maintain safe laboratory practices and update lab notebooks in GDP-compliant form.
