Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Performs advanced analyses of large-scale spatial datasets to extract biological insights.
• Software & Method Development: Develops spatial data analysis software and analytical pipelines for Giotto Suite.
• Project Management: Manages collaborative projects and ensures research objectives and milestones are met.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Supervises and mentors students and junior lab members on coding and data interpretation.
• Scientific Communication: Writes manuscripts and presents findings at meetings.
• Independent Research: Explores new techniques and technologies to expand the lab’s analytical repertoire.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
