A postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Rubul Mout’s laboratory within the Division of Immunobiology, Division of Oncology, and CuSTOM at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC).

The Mout Lab develops protein-based technologies to enhance immune function and advance cancer vaccines and immunotherapies, combining computational protein design with immunology, cell biology, and stem cell biology to study immune cell development and signaling.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD in biology or immunology.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments and data.
• Interest in protein engineering or cancer immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills and knowledge to become an independent scientist.
• Design, execute, and record laboratory experiments and analyze data.
• Research and improve current methods and evaluate innovative techniques.
