Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a relevant biomedical field or equivalent.
  • Strong publication record is prioritized; prior experience with primary fibroblasts, 3D organoids or RNA biology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Working with primary cell culture systems, 3D culture systems, small animal models of organ fibrosis, flow cytometry, immunofluorescent imaging, RT-qPCR, western blotting, gene silencing and overexpression; strong skills in troubleshooting experiments, data analysis, and interpretation are required.
  • Basic knowledge of working and analyzing large data sets, such as bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, is highly desired.
