Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to study polysaccharide conjugate vaccine antigen processing and MHC II-restricted epitopes in antigen-presenting cells at the West Point, PA site. The role advances MoA understanding and contributes to vaccine design through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include independent experimental design, MHC II complex preparation, epitope mapping, and communication of findings via presentations and publications.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Virology, Biology, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture and immunological assays required.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end experiments to address MoA questions.
• Prepare MHC II-peptide complexes from human APCs and purify them.
• Identify epitopes and assess T-cell activation with peptides/PS conjugates.
• Collaborate with partners to plan, analyze, and publish results.
