Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife in College Station seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to support the Feed Management Committee's educational efforts, developing and delivering workshops, webinars, and online courses to promote sustainable feeding practices.

The role includes creating a "Train the Trainers" program for NRCS field staff and other professionals, coordinating a topical summit, and collaborating with stakeholders to align training with current science and project goals.

Qualifications

• A PhD in animal science, soil and crop sciences, agricultural education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and online courses for NRCS personnel, Extension professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement a "Train the Trainers" program to equip NRCS field staff and other conservation professionals with knowledge and tools to promote feed management.
• Collaborate with the Feed Management Committee and other stakeholders to ensure training materials align with project goals and the latest scientific research.
• Create training resources and educational content for online platforms and in-person workshops.
• Support outreach and engagement strategies to maximize adoption of sustainable feed management practices.
