Texas A&M AgriLife invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in College Station, TX. The role focuses on training NRCS personnel and stakeholders through workshops, webinars, and online courses to promote sustainable feed management practices.

The successful candidate will develop a Train the Trainers program, collaborate with the Feed Management Committee, and help organize a topical summit engaging policymakers, academia, and other professionals. A PhD is required.

Qualificações

• PhD in animal science, soil and crop sciences, agricultural education, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and online courses for NRCS personnel and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement a Train the Trainers program for NRCS field staff and conservation professionals.
• Collaborate with the Feed Management Committee to align training with project goals and latest research.
• Create training resources for online platforms and in-person workshops.
• Support outreach strategies to maximize adoption of sustainable feed management practices.
