Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD required or imminent; post-doctoral scientist
• Experience with multimodal data and phenomics
• Strong background in ML/DL, computer vision, and predictive modeling

Responsibilities

• Develop novel phenomic features from multimodal data (RGB, LiDAR, hyperspectral, genomic)
• Design, train, and validate transformer-based and multimodal models for yield and breeding prediction
• Build scalable data processing and ML pipelines for large phenotyping datasets
• Collaborate with breeders, geneticists, and data scientists to transition research into breeding tools
