Job summary

LSU Health Sciences Center invites applications for a postdoctoral position to investigate fundamental mechanisms of 3D genome structure and gene regulation in Shreveport, LA. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology or a related area is required.
• Strong preference for experience in Hi-C, Hi-ChIP, TurboID/mass spectrometry, ChIP-seq, nascent RNA-seq, advanced microscopy, and yeast molecular genetics.
• Background in genetics and genomic computational methods is highly desirable.
