Are you interested in being part of a team that is dedicated to delivering postal and messenger mail services to agencies with in state government?

If so, this is your opportunity to work for the Division of Postal Services! As an entry level Postal Technician you will receive the guidance, direction and training needed to be successful and to assist the cabinets efforts to provide centralized support services to all agencies of state government.

Our office is conveniently located in Frankfort with parking just steps from the building. We offer flexible scheduling, on the job training, and monthly vacation and sick leave.

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

• Perform under general supervision duties for postal processing with in the Meter Section.
• Process mail though metering machines and picking up and delivering mail to state agencies.
• Deliver processed mail to the United States Post Office.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Additional information: Required to successfully complete a background investigation check including a FBI criminal history record (fingerprint). Required to maintain a valid KY driver's license and be available to work overtime as needed.
