Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the Post Trade Consulting team you will have responsibility for delivering high-quality client projects within Capital Markets. You will be providing consulting business analysis and project management services to clients supported by early career analysts and leveraging the knowledge and expertise of our experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

You will demonstrate expertise and help guide less experienced members of the project delivery team.

What You Will Do
  • Contribute to projects bringing your knowledge of the challenges of Capital Markets and large-scale change.
  • Contribute to projects bringing your experience of how firms have tackled familiar challenges.
  • Contribute to the broader practice via knowledge sharing supporting marketing and business development efforts.
About You

Either financial services consulting or change experience within a financial services organization eg investment bank asset manager market infrastructure or service provider.

Knowledge of several of the following topics:

  • Project management

  • Trade and transaction reporting including regulations such as MiFID II EMIR CFTC ASIC and MAS including the latest rewrites and refits

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000- 120000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
