Job summary

Capgemini in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Data Analyst to support application migration, data integration, and platform transformation initiatives. Strong SQL and data governance experience are required, with a focus on capturing business requirements and translating them into functional specs.

You will run stakeholder interviews, document current and future state processes, and support data migration activities.

Description:

This role focuses on ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into actionable technical specifications to support application migration, data integration, and platform transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop current state and future state process maps.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams
  • Support interface design, workflow validation, and data migration activities
  • Facilitate UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off
  • Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts
  • Develop training materials and support end users during and post-migration

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Data Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with data-intensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80420 to $106050 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $72,000 to $95,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
