Mayvin is seeking an experienced Post Tracking Support Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service. This position will provide analytical, operation, and technical support for the DHS FPS Post Tracking System. This position is mission critical and will support the Government through project coordination, preparing reports and presentations as well as data analysis and assisting the Government with special projects. The right candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.Responsibilities:Support liaison activities with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve programming issues, nuisance alarms, and physical security system concernReview and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and standards related to physical security systemsDevelop and maintain procedures supporting the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of data within the PTSConduct in-depth reviews of regionally supplied data to ensure data quality, consistency, and complianceCoordinate data integrity reviews and prepare status reporting presentationsCoordinate O&M efforts with the Information Technology Division (ITD) and PTS contractorProvide guidance on the implementation, setup, and configuration of PTS Onsite Handheld Devices (OHDs)Develop written guidance, training materials, and implementation documentation for PTS OHDs and Microsoft IntunStatistical reporting and trend analysis using Post Tracking System dataHelp Desk issue tracking, monitor ServiceNow trends, and coordinate responses with Headquarters and regional personnelValidate information contained within PTS and develop data-driven reports utilizing system reporting functionsGather and document requirements for Post Order Templates within PTSAssist in preparing law enforcement and protective security information briefings for stakeholdersPrepare reports, executive briefings, presentations, and other project documentation supporting program objectivesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 8 years of project, program management, or related professional experienceMinimum of 5 years conducting analytical and support activities related to information systems, operations, or program supportExperience analyzing data and preparing reports, dashboards, or executive briefingsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and organizational componentsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AccessPreferred Qualifications:Federal government information systems or operational support programsServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systemsMicrosoft Intune deployments or mobile device managementDeveloping SOPs, user guides, or training documentationSatistical reporting and trend analysisPhysical security systems and/or facility operationsAbout MayvinMayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
